Official Install Grafana docs (latest): 'Minimum recommended memory: 512 MB' and 'Minimum recommended CPU: 1 core' — min_ram/min_cpu are official; 官方未标明磁盘，min_disk 与 rec 配置为估算. Note Grafana itself stores no metrics — a full monitoring stack also needs a data source such as Prometheus, whose requirements are counted separately.
